Admission Procedure
I. Before applying, please read the Statement of Faith and Mission Statement
, ministry goals, and philosophy to determine whether Emmanuel Christian Academy offers the type of education you want for your child(ren).
II. Please complete the Student Admission Form
and return it to the school office with the appropriate non-refundable registration fee. Then the enrollment process will begin. You will be contacted regarding your child’s screening and interview times.
A. The following items must be submitted within ten days of your registration:
- A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate.
- A recent Photograph of your child.
- Your child’s most recent Report Card.
- The Student Health Record
form and a copy of the Immunization records. Section 3313.671 of the Ohio Revised Code states that no pupil will be permitted in school unless written immunization records on physician’s letterhead, is received. - Pastoral Reference
a. The form should be given to your pastor.
b. Please fax the completed form to (937) 390-0966 or mail it to Emmanuel Christian Academy, 2177 Emmanuel Way, Springfield, Ohio 45502B. Following the testing, a family interview will be scheduled. After that, you will meet with the Business Manager to discuss the financial arrangements for the coming year.
