ECA Capital Projects Fund

“Consider now, for the Lord has chosen you to build a temple as a sanctuary. Be strong and do the work.” 1 Chronicles 28:10

Established in 1997, the Capital Projects Fund has successfully generated over eight and one half million dollars in cash and commitments to fund the construction of our new facility, including the interior furnishings necessary for administration and educational activities.

The Capital Projects Fund facilitates gift stewardship for those wishing to donate toward designated items. Donors may contribute to specified periodic campaigns, for the purchase of school equipment or help with the cost of adding, renovating, or building a new facility. Currently, the building loan payoff provides a Capital Projects Fund gift opportunity.

Building Loan Payoff Campaign

The Building Loan Payoff Campaign was created in 2003 to raise the necessary funds to satisfy our current loan obligation of $1,500,000 plus interest. The loan represents the unfunded portion of the project that cost in excess of $10,000,000. Our total expenditures for the project include, site development, Emmanuel Way road development, the value of donated land, building construction, and appropriate furniture and fixtures.

The Building Loan Payoff Campaign goal is $1,500,000 Plus interest

Means of giving to capital projects include:

  • Cash Gifts - Cash gifts made to Emmanuel Christian Academy can be directed to 2177 Emmanuel Way, Springfield, Ohio 45502. Please note your gift to be designated for “Building Loan Payoff.”
  • Appreciated Assets - Appreciated assets such as stock shares, mutual fund shares and real estate are encouraged, and may provide significant tax benefits to the donor.
