Emmanuel Christian Academy is seeking a mission-driven Middle School Baseball Coach.
Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of the game of baseball, a passion for developing young men both on and off the field, and a strong commitment to daily practice availability during the season.
REPORTS TO:
Athletic Director and Varsity Baseball Coach
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will be energetic, knowledgeable, and dedicated to supporting the program’s goals of fostering spiritual growth, leadership and competitive excellence. Prior coaching experience or playing experience is preferred.
Experience in organization and effective communication
Faith based, servant leadership, mentoring philosophy
Alignment with school mission and faith statement
Must be able to oversee daily operations and practice schedule
Pass a BCI/FBI Background Check
Complete required coaching certifications
Must have or be able to obtain a Pupil Activity Permit
