The goal and philosophy of Emmanuel’s Athletic Program is to provide athletic competition for students who are in grades 7-12 and to bring glory to God through our involvement with athletics by giving our best effort in school and during practices and games while upholding our faith and strong testimony in the community.

Emmanuel is a member of the Metro Buckeye Conference and Ohio High School Athletic Association.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ADMISSIONS WITH SPORTS PASSES

Each person covered under a Sports Pass will be emailed their own personal QR code and will need to stop at the Admissions Gate at every game to have their code scanned for Admission.

Faculty, staff and their spouses, and active ECA High School students must stop at the Admissions table at every game and have their phone scanned for admittance to the game.

At no time should anyone walk past the Admissions table without having their ticket or Sports Pass scanned.

SEATING GUIDELINES

• New for the 2026/2027 School Year: While Sports Passes will be made available for purchase, we are no longer offering a reserved seating option.

• CHILDREN MUST REMAIN SEATED IN THE STANDS DURING CONTEST.

• Stadium seats must fit within the space provided (oversized stadium seats are NOT permitted).

SPORTS PASS Guidelines

• Emmanuel Alumni and active Emmanuel Students in grades K-12 are admitted to any home contest at no charge.

  • Please Note: Active Emmanuel High School students must stop at the Admissions table at every game and have their phone scanned for admittance to the game.

• Emmanuel coaches, faculty and staff will receive an all-season sports pass for themselves and their spouse. Additional family members may be added to the pass for $45 per person for both fall & winter passes or $36 per person for fall or winter only passes. Email Zach Armstrong at zarmstrong@ecaoh.com to discuss details.

• Anyone may purchase a sports pass for our sports contests.

• Sports Passes can include up to a maximum of 6 names.

• Children that are not school aged are not charged at games, and do not need to be included on the Sports Pass. Active Emmanuel students do not need to be included on the Sports Pass.

• Sports Passes are VALID ONLY during Junior High/High School home sports contests.

• The Sports Pass is for home regular season events only. Admission for Metro Buckeye Conference, Clark County, and OHSAA tournaments is not included.

All of our facilities are located on-site.

We are easily accessible from Rt. 68. Take the Rt. 334 Exit and follow east to the light at Middle Urbana Road. Go south on Middle Urbana Road for about 1 mile and the school is located on the east side of the road.

OPEN COACHING POSITIONS

All candidates interested in working at Emmanuel Christian Academy in a coaching position must submit a background check for BCI and FBI. CAMP PAYMENTS

Cash and Checks (made payable to ECA Athletics) may be dropped off at the school’s main office. Credit Card payments can be made by clicking the button below. Important: Please include the camp name in the “Fee Description” line.

Fees must be paid before your child is allowed to participate in the camp.

ATHLETIC TRAINING SERVICES

Athletic Training services for Emmanuel Christian Academy are provided by Ohio Valley Surgical Hospital.
