The Way They Should Go Fund

Through generous donor gifts, we are able to provide children with an excellent biblically-driven education at a reasonable rate. This is only possible through the loving donations of donors and parents like you!

Funding is the most significant barrier for parents to the advancement of Christian Education. Many families in our region find it challenging to manage tuition. Yet, the need for biblically integrated education has never been more important.

The Way They Should Go Fund exists to financially support families who desire a strong biblically integrated education and Christian culture for their children. The fund provides financial awards based on many variables including, but not limited to, grade level, multi-student enrollment, multi-year attendance, and employment. It has become the centerpiece of Emmanuel’s financial and business structure and is crucial to providing a biblically-integrated education to each and every student.

There are multiple ways you can contribute to The Way They Should Go Fund.

Child Funding:
Donors sponsor an individual child for $1200 a year or $100 a month. For example, donors would know that they are giving to “a Kindergarten girl”. His or her name remains confidential. Donors can sponsor multiple children.

Donors who are not interested in giving $100 a month or in a lump sum can “join the crowd” by participating in a variety of online “crowdfunding” opportunities. Anyone can jump in combing their donation of any amount with others to reach the campaign goal. Once these funds are realized, they are broken into $1200 increments for distribution.

Cause Funding:
Donors who prefer to make lump sum or larger donations can do so. For example, one might look at the big picture and offer a match or a sum of money to promote the cause through a capital improvement or special project.

All donations are tax-deductible and donors can expect to receive the following from Emmanuel.

Regular updates on Emmanuel’s progress  FINANCIAL? SOCIAL? ACADEMIC?. Since you are contributing to our core cause, relevant information will be provided so you can pray and be aware of what is coming.

The Way They Should Go Fund Donors will have update opportunities. Breakfast or lunch will be provided at these brief meetings when you hear about how God is moving from students and faculty.

Most importantly, the Lord’s blessing is upon those who care for his Kingdom. Matthew 6:33, “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

We thank you in advance for prayerfully considering this opportunity to invest in the next generation of leaders in our community.

The most significant roadblock to families who want their children to attend Emmanuel Christian Academy is funding. Not all families who desire to build a firm foundation of spiritual and academic learning at a Christian school are blessed with the financial resources to make this possible on their own. Sometimes, health conditions or life circumstances become a financial barrier to children attending Emmanuel. Other times, a short-term crisis makes staying at Emmanuel almost impossible.

Alumni, would you partner with a student who wants to be a part of our Emmanuel family but cannot make the financial piece work out? Your one-time gift or recurring monthly gift could make an eternal difference to a child and a family.

Proverbs 22:6 exhorts us to, "Train up a child in the way they should go, and when they are old, they will not turn from it."

Emmanuel is an exceptional K-12 school that emphasizes training students to have a Biblical worldview. Students, immersed in an environment that pursues academic excellence balanced with opportunities for spiritual, physical and social growth, are given the tools to be successful in higher education and in life.
