College Credit Plus Meeting

  • Emmanuel Christian Academy 2177 Emmanuel Way Springfield, OH, 45502 United States (map)

College Credit Plus is a state funded program that allows students to earn high school and college credit at the same time by taking college courses from community colleges or universities.  The purpose of this program is to promote rigorous pursuits and to provide a wide variety of options to college-ready students.  Taking a college course from a public college or university is free.  That means no cost for tuition, books, or fees.  If you choose to attend a private college or university, you may have limited costs.

Students in 7th-12th grades can participate in CCP.  This means that current 6th-11th grade students could participate next year and earn college credit.

We will have a CCP Informational Meeting on Wednesday, January 28th at 6:30pm via Google Meet for any student (new to CCP or veterans to the program) interested in participating in the program for the 2026-2027 school year.  I will give an overall explanation of the program, provide information on how to participate, and provide updates from the state.  Students and parents should plan to attend.

Cedarville University, Clark State College, and Franklin University will share information about their CCP programs at the beginning of our meeting.
