Emmanuel Christian Academy is seeking a mission-driven Middle School Cheerleading Coach.
REPORTS TO:
Athletic Director & Varsity Cheerleading Coach
An ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate about cheerleading, and dedicated to guiding middle school girls spiritually and emotionally.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Availability for 3–4 practices per week and attendance at all home and away games
Planning and directing cheer tryouts
Organizing and planning cheers and dances for the season
Maintaining detailed weekly communication with both parents and athletes
Working with the Varsity Cheerleading Coach for overall program success
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Previous coaching experience preferred
Experience in organization and effective communication
Faith based, servant leadership, mentoring philosophy
Alignment with school mission and faith statement
Must be able to oversee daily operations and practice schedule
Pass a BCI/FBI Background Check
Complete required coaching certifications
Must have or be able to obtain a Pupil Activity Permit
