All student-athletes must have a current pre-participation physical exam, signed parent/guardian forms, and signed student forms prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.
Each sport carries a $150 participation fee. This fee must be paid by Thursday, August 18th for all fall sports.
All sports fees for the 2026-27 school year will be paid through the FACTS Family Portal.
