The City of Springfield selected Emmanuel Christian to host this year’s National Arbor Day program! They shared it was the best Arbor Day event they've seen at a school! Activities included a reading of "The Giving Tree", singing, poetry reading, and a tree dedication and planting.
Mrs. Willis wishes to thank the City of Springfield for the opportunity to host the event this year, along with Miss Beekman, Mrs. Jones, and Ms. Jacoby for their excellent presentations with our elementary students. We'd also like to thank all the parents that were able to attend.
It was a beautiful morning and a really great day!
