This camp will prepare athletes for the upcoming season through conditioning, improving skills, and teamwork exercises.

Every student will have Mental Training, Spiritual Training, Physical Training and then Volleyball Training.

JUNIOR high volleyball CAMP

This camp is designed to teach the fundamentals, including proper form and execution of passing, hitting, serving and setting. This is the perfect opportunity to "try out volleyball" before making a decision for the official season.

This camp will prepare athletes for the upcoming season through Mental, Spiritual and Physical Conditioning.

JUNIOR LIONS CHEER CAMP

Our High School Cheerleaders will teach the fundamentals of jumps, arm motions, sideline chants, and floor cheers. A parent performance will begin at 3:30PM.

BOYS & gIRLS BOWLING CAMP

This camp will be held at Northridge Bowling Alley. The camp will cover the fundamentals of bowling, as well as spare shooting techniques and targeting drills. The camp will culminate with a standardized match with the campers put into teams to compete against each other. 

Included in the registration fee is a Lions Athletics 2025 t-shirt!

GIRL BASKETBALL camp
